The diet usually lasts about 3 weeks. During the first, the recommended daily food intake should not exceed 1,000 calories. This means that there is only one complete meal. It is good to drink juice rich in sirtuins (at least 3 times a day).
Over the next two weeks, your calorie intake reaches 1,500. At this stage, three complete meals are already allowed – mostly meat with vegetables. Juice rich in sirtuins must be consumed only once a day.
What Are The Products For The First Week?
In order to get sirtuins, your menu should be dominated by:
- green leafy vegetables
- citrus fruits
- olive oil
- red onions
The chocolate consumed must be at least 85% cocoa. You should drink no more than one glass of wine (for best results). Although both are allowed, you should estimate their amount according to calories.
What Are The Products For The Second And Third Week?
Low-fat animal products are allowed, such as dairy and seafood, as well as cereals – mostly buckwheat.
