Of course, it is up to each individual to decide what price is good, what to buy for the newborn, as well as what is more priority. For example, some parents prefer to rely on the major and most important items, while others, have shopped everything until the child’s third birthday.

So here is an example of a list of things you need for a baby, accessories and cosmetics, as well as what a mom will need for the first days after birth.

For sure, the list can be expanded with any other accessories and appliances such as baby monitors, heaters, humidifiers, slings, etc. However, these buys are not always necessary from the first day after birth and depend on the needs, preferences and budget of each family.

Surely, do not buy in advance with a lot of clothes and toys, because it is likely that your family and friends will give you similar gifts.

For example, don’t buy too many diapers, because until you find the right brand and size for your baby, you may have to try a few of them.

Also, do not stock up on pacifiers and bottles, because your baby may not approve of the pacifier. In case you decide to breastfeed, you won’t need many bottles.

In addition, you can use only one bottle for water (and glucose – in the beginning while the baby has jaundice), but keep in mind that very often breastfed babies do not drink water at the beginning.

Finally, when you are preparing a list of things you need for a baby, think rationally and practically and shop with great motivation and а smile!
